About these terms
These terms apply to purchases and use of magicalkids.shop. Purchases must be made by an adult who can enter into a binding agreement. Please provide accurate contact and billing information.
Digital products and delivery
Our printable resources and Learning Looms are digital products unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Delivery and access instructions are provided as described in the product listing and purchase confirmation. You are responsible for having suitable equipment and software to open and print the file formats stated in the listing. Contact us if you need help accessing a purchase.
Your license to use our resources
Unless a product listing expressly grants a different license, each purchase permits use within one household or one classroom. You may download and print copies for children in that household or students in that classroom, including reuse within the same licensed setting.
You may not share or distribute digital files or download links outside the licensed household or classroom, upload resources to public websites or shared resource libraries, resell or redistribute resources (including modified versions), or use one purchase across multiple households or classrooms. A purchase grants permission to use the resources; it does not transfer copyright ownership. Contact us for permission covering multiple households, classrooms, a school, or an organization.
One-time Learning Loom purchases
New Learning Loom purchases are one-time payments that include lifetime access to the purchased Loom and any updates released for that Loom. They do not automatically renew, and no recurring subscription payment is required to retain that purchased access.
We do not promise that updates will be released on a particular schedule or that future updates will be created. Separately sold products are included only when the listing expressly says so. Your permission to use downloaded files under the license above does not expire. We recommend keeping a backup of downloaded files.
Existing recurring subscriptions
We no longer offer new recurring subscriptions. A few existing subscriptions remain active. Their agreed price, billing frequency, included resources, and access terms continue to apply, subject to applicable law. These subscriptions are separate from one-time lifetime purchases and are not automatically converted to lifetime access by these terms.
Use the subscription-management link provided with your subscription, where available, or email magicalkids.shop@gmail.com with your account or order details to request cancellation of future renewals. Cancellation does not itself refund past charges; please see our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits cancellation rights, required notices, or other protections under applicable law.
Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains duplicate purchases, faulty or undelivered files, and change-of-mind purchases. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Educational use
Our resources support learning at home and in classrooms. Children develop at different rates, and we do not guarantee particular educational results. Adults should choose appropriate activities and supervise children when activities involve scissors, small parts, or other materials requiring care. Educational content is not a substitute for individual professional assessment or advice.
Website use and third-party services
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or infringe other people's rights. Links to Amazon and other third-party websites lead to independently operated services. Purchases completed there are subject to the relevant retailer's terms and policies.
Shopify and privacy
Shopify hosts our store and processes information when you visit or make a purchase. We share information with Shopify and service providers to operate the store, deliver purchases, and support customers. Shopify Network Intelligence also provides services using information about interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify, including personalization, analytics, and advertising-related services. Shopify and other providers may process information in other countries.

Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms and will show the revised effective date. Updates will not retroactively remove rights already granted with a purchase. California law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
