Last updated: October 22, 2026
Magical Kids is operated by Evolve 180 LLC, California, United States. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit magicalkids.shop, purchase our digital resources, manage a subscription, or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email magicalkids.shop@gmail.com.
Information we collect and where it comes from
- Contact, order, and account information: Information you provide, such as your name, email address, billing address, phone number where provided, account details, purchase history, and subscription information.
- Payment information: Payment details are processed by Shopify and the payment provider you select. We receive the transaction information needed to manage orders, billing, and refunds. Please do not send full payment-card details by email.
- Support and communications: Messages, order details, reviews, form submissions, and other information you choose to send us. Reviews you submit for publication may be displayed publicly with the name or profile information you provide.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, referring pages, pages and products viewed, and interactions such as searches, cart activity, and purchases. Shopify and enabled integrations collect this information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
We receive information directly from you, automatically through the store, and from service providers that process payments, provide store functionality, or support analytics and marketing.
How we use information
We use personal information to process payments, deliver digital files, provide purchased access, manage existing subscriptions, answer questions, correct delivery problems, prevent fraud, maintain security, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We also use information to understand store performance, improve resources and the shopping experience, manage reviews, and measure and personalize marketing through the integrations described below.
Where applicable, we send marketing messages according to your preferences and applicable law. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Necessary purchase, account, and subscription messages may still be sent.
Shopify and our service providers
Shopify hosts our store and processes personal information when you visit and make purchases. We use Shopify features and apps for digital-product delivery, forms, communications, store search, and other store operations. We also use Appstle for subscription-related services and bundles, Judge.me for reviews, and Tagembed for social-media content.
We share information with service providers as needed for hosting, payment processing, digital delivery, subscription management, customer communications, reviews, analytics, marketing, and authorized store administration. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, or address security incidents.
Shopify Network Intelligence
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. Shopify processes information from interactions with our store together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization, analytics, store improvements, and advertising-related services. Your information is shared with Shopify and other providers, which may be located outside your country.
For more information about Shopify's own processing and your choices, read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and visit Shopify's privacy portal.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising integrations
Cookies and similar technologies help the store maintain a cart, support login and checkout, remember preferences, protect against fraud, measure performance, and support enabled marketing features. Some cookies last only for a browsing session; others remain until they expire or you delete them. See Shopify's Cookie Policy for information about Shopify cookies and their purposes.
Our store has Shopify analytics and Google & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram (Meta), and Pinterest integrations configured. The Google integration includes Google Analytics and Google Ads event tracking. These integrations can process online identifiers, device and browsing information, and shopping events to provide analytics, conversion measurement, advertising, and related services, subject to their configuration and applicable privacy choices.
Embedded content, including YouTube videos and social-media feeds, may also allow its provider to receive your IP address, device information, and interactions or set cookies. Third-party providers may collect information about online activity over time and across different websites.
Learn more from Google, Meta, and Pinterest. You can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center and learn about the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Your cookie and advertising choices
Where a cookie banner or cookie-preference control is displayed, use it to manage optional cookie choices. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser, although doing so may affect cart, login, or other store features. Blocking cookies does not necessarily stop every form of information sharing.
Sharing information for cross-context advertising may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, use our data-sharing opt-out page to exercise your choice. You may also contact magicalkids.shop@gmail.com with a privacy or opt-out request and use Shopify's privacy portal for Shopify's processing.
Shopify's privacy controls treat Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests for supported visitors in the regions where our data-sharing opt-out settings apply. Global Privacy Control is different from the older browser Do Not Track setting. Our theme does not implement a separate response to the older Do Not Track signal; use the privacy controls described above to express your choices.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Relevant factors include providing purchased access and support, managing active subscriptions, accounting and tax requirements, preventing fraud, and resolving disputes. A deletion request may not require removal of information we must retain for legal obligations or other permitted purposes.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. These rights may have legal exceptions.
Email magicalkids.shop@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and, if an authorized agent acts for you, their authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If we decline a request, you may contact us to ask for a review or appeal where applicable. You may also complain to the privacy regulator responsible for your location.
EEA, UK, and international visitors
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, our bases for processing include performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business where those interests are not overridden by your rights, and consent where required, including for relevant optional tracking and marketing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Our Shopify customer-data hosting location is the United States. Shopify and other service providers may process information in other countries. Where legally required, international transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, such as applicable standard contractual clauses or a recognized adequacy decision. Contact us for further information.
Children
Our store is intended for adults purchasing educational resources for children. Children do not need to provide personal information to use downloaded printables. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
External websites and changes to this policy
Links to Amazon and other external websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern those independent websites.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy with an updated date and provide additional notice when required by law.
