Digital products

Our printable resources and Learning Looms are digital products. No physical item is shipped for these purchases.

Change of mind

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, including when you decide that you no longer want or need a resource. Please review the product description before purchasing. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, contact us with both order numbers. After verifying the duplicate purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Faulty or undelivered files

If a file is incorrect, damaged, or inaccessible because of a problem on our side, contact us so we can correct the file or restore delivery. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund the affected purchase. This process does not limit any additional remedies required by applicable law.

Incorrect email addresses

Please check your email address carefully at checkout. Entering an incorrect email address does not, by itself, qualify a purchase for a refund. We can help correct the address and restore delivery after verifying ownership of the order.

Requesting help or a refund

Email magicalkids.shop@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue. Do not send your full payment-card details.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.

Existing subscriptions

We no longer offer new recurring subscriptions. A few existing subscriptions remain active under their agreed billing terms. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund for a previous charge are separate actions. To request cancellation of an existing subscription, contact us at the email above with your order or account details. This refund policy does not remove your right to cancel future renewals or affect remedies for unauthorized or incorrect charges.

Purchases through other retailers

Purchases completed through Amazon or another retailer are handled through that retailer's refund process.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory consumer law provides a different remedy, that law applies.
